Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 10% no-show fee will apply but will go toward your next service. This fee helps me cover the costs associated with the reserved time and ensures we can accommodate other clients efficiently. Please note that i understand emergencies can happen, and exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
