Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 10% no-show fee will apply but will go toward your next service. This fee helps me cover the costs associated with the reserved time and ensures we can accommodate other clients efficiently.
